Possible strategies may include renegotiating agreements with incumbent suppliers; switching to new suppliers offering better pricing and terms; improving supplier collaboration; upgrading in-house procurement skills, or pursuing other initiatives. Subsequently, we work with our clients to help implement the strategies and deliver value to the business.
